Ingredients
Maida1/2 kilo(4 cups)
sugar250grams(1 1/2 cups)
almonda 150grama (granded)

baking powder 1 tsp.
cocoa powder 2 tsp.
eggs 2.
gheeClick to find more about ghee 1 cup.
milk (if requried) 1/2 cup.
biscuit cutter.

Preparation
in a large bowl add maidaClick to find more about maida,baking powder
sugar ,cocoa powder,gheeClick to find more about ghee,eggs and mix well.if required add small amount of milk.after mixing all ingridients put this mixture in fridge for marenation.heat the oven 15 minutes before and then you make biscuits with the help of biscuit cutter,and putthe biscuits in the oven in low heat or flame.bake biscuits40 to 50 minutes, when biscuits become light golden .its mean biscuits is ready..

tips..
always bake biscuits in low heat.
