CUCUMBER AND DILL SALAD

Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly
2 tbsp salt
lettuce leaves
1 can 300g NESTLE Cream
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill
3 tbsp olive oil
. pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Place cucumber in a flat plate, sprinkle with salt
and set aside for about one hour.
2. Wash, drain thoroughly and place cucumbers on salad plate
lined with lettuce. Combine the rest of the ingredients
in a bowl.
3. Pour over cucumber and chill. Serve garnished with more dill.
